Many a times the signs of malfunctions are such that it becomes difficult for a person to identify the signs and take it for turbo service.   • Noisy Turbocharger - one of the common signs that indicate there is damage to the turbocharger is the unusual noise coming from the same. You would notice a siren noise of high decibel. It can be because of friction in the turbo system, or there is some deformation in some of its parts.   • Poor Acceleration - We know that a perfectly performing turbocharger is responsible for powering the engine so that it starts to run faster.   • Blue Coloured Exhaust Gases - It is caused by the burned oil in the cylinders. When the parts of turbocharger get damaged, it leads to the leakage of oil into the combustion engine which leads to the emission of the blue coloured smoke.

Standard Turbo Service - It is done with wearing of gaskets, rings, brushing, etc. The course of work of standard repair includes:
  1. Removal of the turbo housing
  2. All mechanisms of the turbo are sorted
  3. All the parts of the turbo are kept for washing with special chemicals. As a part of this, the carbon deposits and rusts, is removed.
  4. Housing and parts of turbocharged are re-washed with chemicals
  5. Assembling of core turbo and replacement of worn-out parts with high-quality parts of the kit.
  6. Complete assembly of the turbocharger
Complete Turbo Service - It involves complete reassembling of the turbocharger. In this complete repairing of the turbo is done. It includes the following.
  1. Turbo housing is disassembled
  2. Special equipment is used for cleaning and chemicals are used to get rid of rusts, and carbon deposits
  3. A new turbocharger kit is used to replace the old and worn out parts
  4. Complete assembly of the turbocharger
  5. Checking the functioning of the turbo
